Preferred timing

Vulc builds custom systems, quoted to scope—not a low-cost software subscription. The build is paid 50% upfront and 50% at accepted delivery. Fourteen calendar days of stabilization are included, followed by an initial three-month paid support and improvement service. Service is billed monthly in advance and then renews monthly, with 14 calendar days’ notice before renewal to end it. Vendor subscriptions and usage costs are separate where applicable.
