We use your information to respond to your enquiry, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Vulc is the trading name of ECOMFORWARD LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operated by Maarten Klijnsma from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This policy covers vulc.ai. The live demo linked from this site runs on a separate domain.
What we collect
Visiting the site: our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs to run and secure the site. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which give us aggregate page statistics without tracking you across the web.
Requesting a strategy call: we collect your name, work email, company, website or business profile, monthly revenue range and currency, current bottleneck, desired improvement and preferred timing. Please leave out passwords and personal information about your customers.
Booking a call: if we invite you, Cal.com processes your name, email and booking answers so we can arrange the session. Sending a request does not book a call.
What we do with it
We use your enquiry to assess how Vulc could help, respond to you and prepare for a possible call. A person reviews your request; your revenue range does not automatically decide whether you receive an invitation. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and preventing abuse. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your enquiry is stored in our private sales records using Supabase, with Vercel hosting the website and Admin. We also use a pseudonymous identifier derived from your network address to limit repeated submissions. Your form answers are not sent to website analytics. Cal.com handles scheduling when you book, and Google Workspace handles our email correspondence.
Aggregate site statistics help us improve the site. We do not run third-party advertising on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records while we assess your request, follow up or work together. Retention also depends on any legal recordkeeping needs. Setting a request aside does not automatically delete it. You can ask us to delete your information using the contact below.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Write to privacy@vulc.ai and we will handle it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
