Who we are

Vulc is run by Maarten Klijnsma from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This policy covers vulc.ai. The live demo linked from this site runs on a separate domain.

What we collect

Visiting the site: our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs to run and secure the site. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which give us aggregate page statistics without tracking you across the web.

Booking a call: the calendar on the call page is provided by Cal.com. When you book, you share your name, your email address and anything you add to the booking. Cal.com processes that booking, and we receive it so we can run the session.

What we do with it

Booking details are used to prepare for and follow up on your session. Aggregate site statistics are used to improve the site. We do not run third-party advertising on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Booking details stay for as long as we work together, or as long as needed to follow up properly. After that they go. Aggregate statistics contain nothing that identifies you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Reach us through the booking page or our social channels and we will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
