vulc.ai presents the work of Vulc, the trading name of ECOMFORWARD LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operated by Maarten Klijnsma from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The content is information about our services. It is not advice, and it is not a binding offer.

The demo

The live demo linked from this site runs on sample data and is provided as it is, so you can see the system working. It may change or be unavailable at any time.

Client work

Builds, retainers and everything else we do for clients are governed by a separate written agreement per engagement. Nothing on this site creates that agreement.

In those agreements the client owns the delivered system outright, while Vulc retains rights to generic, reusable components and to the know-how developed while building. That carve-out never covers client data, configuration or content.

Content and marks

Vulc owns its original site content. Third-party media, software and marks belong to their respective owners and are used under their applicable terms. Quote our text with attribution if you like. Do not copy pages wholesale or present our work as yours.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and running to the best of our ability, but we accept no liability for damage arising from its use, to the extent Dutch law allows that limitation.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam.

Changes

If these terms change, the date below changes with them.
