Before we build

A few useful
answers.

Start with what your business needs. We’ll work out the right scope together.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. We can build one agent, a connected workflow or a full AI operating system. We agree what fits your business before the build starts.

Can we keep the tools we already use?

Yes. We start with your current setup and scope the connections the work needs. Access, permissions and any custom integration work are confirmed before we commit to the build.

Who owns the finished system?

Your system is built in your accounts, with code, documentation and handover so you can run it independently. Ownership and delivery are set out in your agreement.

How much can the AI do on its own?

We define that around the workflow: what the AI can access, what it can do and where a person needs to review or approve. Those boundaries are part of the agreed scope.

What will it cost, and how long will it take?

We review the work, tools and dependencies with you, then provide a custom quote and agree a timeline before the build. The strategy call is where we start that conversation.

Do we need ongoing support from Vulc?

No. The handover is designed for independent operation. Ongoing management and support from Vulc are optional and scoped separately.
