We build AI that writes and designs your emails, prepares campaigns and sets up flows. Brief and review the work in your dashboard, then move it into Klaviyo with the controls you choose.

01 / From brief to campaign
A new collection is launching. Your products, audience and brand guidance give the agent what it needs to prepare the campaign.
“Introduce our new collection to our newsletter subscribers. Use our product images and brand style. Keep it full price and prepare it for Friday.”
Your AI drafts the subject line and email, arranges your product images and prepares the audience and timing from your brief.
Check the email and its settings. Request a change or approve the version you want to move into Klaviyo.
After approval, your AI creates the campaign in Klaviyo. In this setup, you make the final checks and schedule it there.
Approval moves this example into draft. Scheduling and sending follow the controls agreed for your build.
02 / Campaigns and recurring flows
Prepare a newsletter for your next send, or build a sequence around a customer action. Your audience, content and timing shape each one.

Illustrative flow. Activation and sending follow your chosen controls.
A campaign is a planned send to a chosen audience. A flow starts when a customer meets its trigger and conditions. Once you approve and activate the flow, its live emails can run automatically under those rules.
03 / Your dashboard, your controls
Give feedback where you brief the work. Set whether approval creates a draft, schedules a campaign or activates a flow.

Review in your dashboard, then let AI prepare the draft in Klaviyo. Your team handles the final scheduling or activation.
Choose a setup where AI also schedules or sends the campaign, or activates the flow, within the permissions you agree.
The review includes the audience, content, offer and timing. Your chosen permissions determine which actions follow approval.
04 / Give your AI the context
Your agent needs the same direction you would give a marketer. We connect that guidance to the work it prepares.
Tone of voice, design guidance, approved images and examples of emails you like.
The purpose, products, audience, offer and timing. For a flow, the trigger and follow-up rules.
Who reviews, which discounts are allowed, which contacts are excluded and what the agent may publish.
05 / Start where the work is
Start with the work that takes your team the most time. We agree the scope together and provide a custom quote before the build.
Klaviyo is the starting point for this workflow. We check the required actions, templates and account access for your setup.
Your dashboard connects to your email platform. After handover, your completed system can run independently of Vulc.
How we scope and deliver your build06 / Before you start
That is the scope we offer to build: email copy and layout, using your brand guidance, product content and available images, along with the campaign or flow setup. You review the result in your dashboard before the agreed handoff.
We can assess it with you. Klaviyo is the initial focus; we have not built this workflow in Mailchimp. We check supported actions, template handling and account permissions before confirming another platform in your scope.
We start with what your existing tools can already do. A custom build makes sense when you need to connect your business context, dashboard and review process across tools. The call helps establish which work needs that connection.
Your platform’s consent, suppression and audience exclusions form part of the setup. We check and test those rules before activation, including how they apply to each campaign and flow.
Your email platform remains the place to review campaign and flow results. If you want reporting or improvement recommendations in your dashboard, we can scope that separately around the data your platform makes available.
Ongoing management is optional. It can cover fixes, small updates and upkeep of the system. Your completed build runs in your accounts; email-platform, hosting and model costs remain separate running costs.
