Start with START-HERE.md. The English setup asks about your products, markets, approved terms, sources and decision owners. All package instructions, prompts and reports are English. Input languages and markets are configurable; final wording for a non-English storefront needs a separate language check. You review the corrections. No live store connection, automatic publication or messages are included.
