Explore a connection. Your build follows your scope.
01 / Across your business
From finding customers to understanding what drives growth. These are areas we can build around; the useful starting point depends on your business.

Illustrative custom-build example, not a software-client result.
Check event freshness and compare user groups. Bring relevant support themes and recent releases into the same view.
Summarize possible explanations, link the evidence and draft a test brief. Your product lead chooses the change and success measures.
Create the agreed tasks or run a permitted follow-up. Track the test’s conversion and support impact before deciding what comes next.
03 / One workspace for the work
Your CRM, product analytics, helpdesk, billing and delivery tools hold different parts of the picture. Your dashboard connects the information and decisions your team needs.
Track the pipeline, adoption, customer health and business performance. Agree metric definitions and show missing or outdated data.
Agents use selected records and business knowledge to investigate, prepare work and take the actions you authorize.
Bring recommendations, approvals and next steps together. Follow changes back into the tools where the work happens.
04 / Before you start
Useful tools can stay. We build around the gaps between them: missing context, manual handoffs or decisions without a clear next step. One focused workflow may be enough. A central dashboard is an option when several workflows need to work together.
Our foundations include internal sales automation, email support for commerce and the founder’s original commerce reporting platform. Software-specific adoption, product and business-performance workflows are custom scopes, not a packaged software platform or a claimed client deployment.
It can flag changes, investigate context, recommend tests and take selected actions under agreed rules. A pattern is not proof of its cause. Your team keeps control of product changes, commercial decisions and which experiments to run.
We map your process, check the necessary data and access, and agree deliverables and a custom quote. The completed system runs in your accounts and can operate independently. Vulc support is optional; hosting, model and connected-tool costs remain.
