01 / Across your agency
Your sales, account and delivery teams work on the same client relationship. We can connect the recurring work and the information each team needs.

A retainer’s remaining budget no longer covers the planned work. Your team needs the reason and a practical next step before the next client update.

Compare planned tasks, recorded time and remaining budget. Include revision requests and outstanding client decisions.
Summarize the pressure on delivery. Suggest a revised plan, a scope clarification or a conversation with the client.
Your account lead decides. Update permitted tasks and reminders, then track whether effort and delivery follow the new plan.
The first handoff matters too
An onboarding workflow can turn sales notes into a draft brief, identify missing access or materials and prepare next actions. Your account lead confirms the commitments before work begins.
03 / Your agency’s operating view
A custom dashboard connects your CRM, project tools, email and authorized client data. AI agents handle the recurring work around those records.
Keep the relevant brief, conversations, approvals and next actions together. Scope client separation and access around your agency.
Bring workload, deadlines, dependencies and budget pressure into the planning view. Give leads the context to adjust the work.
Client campaign results and agency profitability answer different questions. Give each its own metrics, sources and follow-through.
04 / Before you start
Useful tools can stay. We first check what they handle well and where work gets lost between them. Your agency may need one focused automation, several connected agents or a central dashboard. We agree the scope together.
We run lead discovery, outreach, replies and booking tracking internally at limited scale. Our broader experience includes commerce reporting and static-ad production. Agency-specific onboarding, resource planning and commercial reporting are custom scopes; the examples here are not completed agency projects.
You choose the actions agents may take and what needs review. Changes to client promises, scope and budget have agreed boundaries. Connections to client accounts require authorized access, with client information and permissions scoped for the build.
Your agency owns the completed build in its accounts and can operate it independently. We agree deliverables and a custom quote before starting. Optional Vulc support covers maintenance, fixes and small updates; hosting, model and connected-tool costs remain.
